Prices are per vehicle. Hourly base rates have a 5-hour minimum plus 20% gratuity. The package totals above already include that gratuity. Pre/post service covers two separate windows of up to 1.5 hours each. School bus pre/post or two one-way trips total $2,400, including gratuity.
For eligible trips more than 14 days away, reserve available vehicles online with a 50% deposit or full payment. Trips within 14 days, blackout dates and requests beyond available inventory need team review. Prefer to decide later? Save your quote; vehicles are not reserved until payment. Complete the transportation agreement to finalize your booking.

Cornyval brings festival and rodeo outings to Helotes. Plan your private group transportation around the organizer’s current schedule, with time for entry and a shared return after your chosen activities. A hotel or neighborhood meeting point can keep the departure simple.
Festival grounds and Old Town Helotes are different stops. If you want dinner or a Floore’s concert as part of the same trip, list those separately with their times. We provide independent transportation; festival tickets and any official event shuttle services are separate.

Vans and school buses also offer one-way service and pre/post service with two separate windows of up to 1.5 hours each. Party buses are quoted on hourly service. Include every stop and the return time in your itinerary.
